The State Of The Body Is A Reflection Of Heart & Mind…

The state of the body is a reflection of our heart & mind. The physical attributes and experience of the body are direct effect of our cause, what we physically feel and externally see has much to do with our mental attitude, if we look at our physical state as an indicator of our thought and mind, and not just simply a physical condition we can gain great insight of self and keys to understanding our inner and subconscious dialog with ourself and the world.

for example:

an overweight body = gluttony or laziness in some aspects. complacency, a fear or neglect to take action.

Sickly body = a mental dis-ease. a person who is harboring harmful thought, holding onto pain , grudges, despair, loss.

A healthy body = wellness in thought, & healthy heart. A strong sense of self love, happiness, content with being, harmonious with the world.

ailments can be used to better understand self.

sore throat = a symptom of an individual who feels they are not expressing themselves, or that may be misusing their voice.

head aches = an indicator that we are being too heady, stress,

stomach pain = apprehension, anxiety, an intuitive warning to be aware

this may sound obvious to some, yet many simply focus on the effect and rarely take time to understand that they are often the root of the cause.

We are given many signs that can guide us to understand our living truth, we simply need to choose to pay attention and be aware.

The design of our temple represents what and how it’s occupant worships.

I AM

Our knowledge of self based on the physical experience in many ways is an illusion. to have greater understanding we must come to know I AM. I Am is the constant that is us, it is who we are minus our life experience, the essence of that which we call self. When we have a strong understanding of I AM, we come to know others w/ similar clarity, we enable the ability to see I AM in them. We see others as we see our self, positive or negative. We behold all as we know our self. I AM in me sees I AM in you.

Embrace & Honor The Divine With In

Until we embrace & honor the divine with in, focus on the divine without, is a mysterious distraction. We first prepare self before leaving the house, the same principal applies to pursuit of higher knowledge. To cultivate a healthy knowledge of self, we must embrace honest, humble, objective, observation & respect of self. When we begin to know self our understanding of all begins to expand. as within so without, as above so below.

Small Things Become Big Things

Our ways & actions plant seeds, be mindful all action brings reaction, be it positive or negative, often of greater magnitude. Just like a small seed becomes a much bigger plant or even a great sequoia, our ways/words/thought do the same. Small things become big things. These seeds grow to become our life experience, our wisdom our personal Truth. Truth is perspective & experience, It varies with each individual. Embrace truth thats shared by alike minds, the realization that we can find commonality in our individual experience holds power. Our great leap in humanity is actualized the moment we realize that I AM is US. We are all connected at the highest level of our being

True Power

Societies relationship with power guides us to look outside of self, to believe that power is something distant and unatainable to those without fame, pedigree or wealth, deeming us powerless. True power is limitless and accessible to all. Look with in, connect with I AM and the ALL, focus on our source, become aquatinted with LOVE, allow it to fill you and be powerful.

Emotions, Control Of One Affects The Freedom Of All

When attempting to master emotions, If we attempt to dampen our emotions we can affect our ability to feel, be aware that control of one affects the freedom of all. Suppression of sadness also shadows happiness, when we learn to control or suppress anger, sadness, we also control happiness & joy. Suppression is not in my opinion the goal, more so understanding, the root, why do we become angry, is anger the necessary reaction, if we take a moment to process a situation is there another possible path or approach. Happiness and love I feel are constants, I believe that the root of anger, hate sadness are external, they are reactions and not pure feelings from within. The more we study self and understand the cause of our reactions, the closer we can begin to understand self and embrace peace love and happiness. Understand all is rooted in the cosmic law of balance

Beyond The Word, Mind Detect Emotion.

I believe I made a breakthrough in understanding the telepathic aspect of communication. In communicating effectively it’s not simply the word that we project, its the feeling. The realization came to me while contemplating communicating with a cat, yeah i know it sounds funny, these are the boundaries of “reality” I live to surpass. Word holds no weight with animals, for obvious reasons, they do not speak our language, yet Feeling does and truthfully the same ultimately goes for humans. We put great stake in the illusion of the word, belief that word is what we use to understand one another, in ways yes, yet in fact words are merely attempts to express thoughts and feeling.

We experience life through feelings, not words, with this in mind we must realize that when we speak we should be using words to express feelings, attach feeling to our speech, and be mindful of the feeling we are projecting when speaking and how they will affect the recipient. Feeling and emotion is where all beings can connect. Think about watching a movie in another language with no subtitles, especially as children we are able to get the gist of the story, and often have a clear idea of whats going on, an accurate understanding of whats being communicated with out a familiarity of the language. This is because we are connecting at an emotional level, by observing facial expression and body language, by listening to tone of voice, the look in the eyes, we can understand the message. As we grow and become more dependent on language we often loose our active intuitive ability to “know” to detect the mind of others, and communicate on the level of feeling.

Telepathy in my belief plays a major role in our ability to effectively communicate, our ability to transcend speech and connect mentally and emotionally, to experience one another on an empathic level, our ability to truly be connected as beings. A lack of this connection in my opinion is why humanity has become socially, and culturally dysfunctional, once we became unaware of our connection to one another, to nature, the world, the ALL, To I AM and ultimately our self, we lost our ability to understand and act upon our divine potential. Much of what has been lost in humanity is due to an inability to freely feel, a lost awareness of intuition, of the transmissions of the heart. We must learn to be still, to listen, to retreat from our thoughts and surrender to our truth.

There are many disciplines that help cultivate these natural abilities that lay dormant in many, Meditation is most accessible, spend some time each day sitting, focus on self, your breath , heart beat at first. Mindful meditation is one of the easiest practices for one who is new to meditating, sit comfortably, and focus on breathing, take full natural breaths, focus on your breathing, it may help to count breaths, to focus only on breathing, counting breaths helps to focus the mind, in time the repetition will help bring the practice to a subconscious and natural level. Relaxing of the mind will help to build a connection to self, to build self awareness. When we regain consciousness of our body, of our heart, our breath, circulation, we begin to reconnect to our selves and be come more aware. Once we become aware of self, we enable and enhance our ability to be aware of others, and ultimately an awareness of existence and our connection to THE WORLD, THE UNIVERSE.

We Must Be Courageous In Knowing What We Like…

lets change our perspective to acknowledge likes & loves, w/o a need of contrasting them to dislikes & dont wants. In our life, doors that’ve closed, relationships that’ve lost their vitality are often due to a lack of reciprocity & gratitude. We must be courageous in knowing what we like. Then actively pursuing & maintaing it.
