Zeitgeist: Addendum

Through mass media we are spoonfed various forms of information (often propaganda) that shapes our perception of life and the way we move and think . Yet the Internet allows us to offset this propaganda through alternative forms of media – it gives the average person a voice. For decades the ones that know have been able to mask the truth from those that don’t know. Independent films such as Zeitgeist have been distributed via the Internet – making it accessible to everyone.

Zeitgeist is one of my favorite documentary series – created to challenge socially accepted reality. In October 2008, Zeitgeist Addendum was released – which analyzes the US monetary system, debt, corporatocracy, economic hitmenĀ  and quality of life.

Check this out when you get a chance.

I just watched Zeitgeist, The Movie, very interesting and eye opening. I’ve read about these things before but the film takes it to another level. Thanks for sharing.

    Hey Char,

Yep, its a plus to be well informed of the system in which we participate both consciously and subconsciously. We will probably never know everything about it, but documentaries like these help us shed some light on the subject. Be mindful that I don’t agree with everything, yet its important to get a different information from the propaganda we are fed through media. In turn, this will hopefully create a balance in our intention and help us attract a better quality of life for ourselves.

Thanks for taking the time to check it out.
